Overall Results:    Female - Olivia Francka, age, 15, from Halfway, MO -  20:29
                            Male - Chris Haag,  age 22,  from Fort Leonard Wood - 15:32.

There were 148 Runners and 13 Walkers!  That's Great!

The youngest male runner was Robert Lyford, age 8, from Nixa, finished in the top half of all runners, at 25:28.
The youngest female runner was Caitlin Green, age 14, from Springfield, at 31:34.
The youngest entrant was Olivia MacPherson from Mountain Grove, age 4 - who did the 2.5K Walk.  (see her photo below)

The oldest male runner was Bill Keller, age 67, but he was beaten out by a couple younger guys, Charles Mabry, age 64, taking first place in the 60-99 age group;  Gene Lund, a year younger than Bill, taking second place;  and Pete Peterson, age 63, taking third place.

Sara Hill was the oldest female runner at 66.  (66 year old Bytha Hayter was one of the 2.5K Walkers.)
The winners in this 60-99 age group were Annette Rowe (61) 26:24,  Linda Shaffer (60) 30:18,  and Shirley Applegate (60) 31:52.

Byron Stewart, MSU Librarian and daughter, Molly.  Byron won first place last year in his age group but this year was beaten out by a couple youngsters in that age.

Left to right: Keith Seiwert was director of last year's Run and helped this year.  Joe Daues, our "Featured Runner," of the News Team of KSPR - Springfield 33 TV was a runner (no stats available at his request) and Master of Ceremonies at the Awards Banquet following the Run.
Brett Heischmidt (a freshman at MSU majoring in Biomedical Sciences - Running?) did a great job directing this year's run.
