Preparing the ground for the new student center.  A month later the footings and walls at the northeast corner are poured.  During August, 2000, all the walls have been erected and the lower level floor is prepared for pouring.  Notice the Nancy McGregor House in the background of the September 1 photo.

The lower level floor has been poured and the I-beams and steel joists are being prepared for pouring the main level floor.  By February the walls for the rooms on the main level begin to go up.  And toward the end of February, the Glu-lams (laminated wooden pillars and beams for the Chapel are set in place.

During March 2001, the wooden ceiling in the Chapel is installed, the brick facing begins, and work on the Bell Tower begins.

During June, 2001, the brick work is finished and the Bell Tower is finished with its four aluminum crosses.
